development and paving contractor in the South Florida area.
 
We have served the private, public and commercial sectors of Palm Beach,
Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties for over 40 years.

Our commitment to consistent high quality service is provided by dedicated,
experienced professional employees comprising the management team. The
Company owns and maintains over 100 pieces of heavy equipment and is
sufficiently capitalized to provide all necessary equipment for any project.
Capabilites include land clearing, earth moving, underground utilities, road
building, asphalt paving and concrete curbing.
 
 
J.W Cheatham, LLC. is FDOT prequalified and a member of the AGC East Coast Chapter.
 
Public work on the state, local and county levels comprise a portion of the
Company's work load, this has included the development of the approx.
35,000 acre project known as the Acreage in Royal Palm Beach, a four-mile
stretch of I-95 and the construction of the North County Airport.
 
J.W. Cheatham, LLC. has earned work from some of South Florida's
prominent developers: DiVosta Building Corp., Pulte Homes, G.L. Homes
and Westbrooke Homes to name a few.
 
Among notable projects are: The Bluffs, Spanish Lakes, Harbour Ridge, Pipers Landing, Frenchman's Creek, Pine Ridge
at Martin Downs, RiverWalk, Ibis, Magnolia Bay, The Isles and VillageWalk of Wellington.
